New Features:

Completely rewritten from the ground up.
Double-click a .000 or .001 file in the Finder, or drop it onto the Merger icon, and your files will be merged quickly and automatically.
Easy “automatic” drag-and-drop window in addition to the old file list.
File list supports drag & drop reordering.
Automatic update checking & installation thanks to the Sparkle framework.

Bugs Fixed:

There weren’t any to begin with, now hopefully we haven’t introduced any new ones.
